Ask you fertility doctor about the acrosome reaction test. This test tells whether the sperm can release the necessary enzymes to penetrate the egg. It is not always offered as an early test. The father's medication regimen may contribute to this fertility problem.
Ask before spending time, tears and money on potentially unnecessary treatments and surgeries.
